2. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Design Rights The aesthetic identity of Royal Boutique—including but not limited to the specific geometry of our cuts, the unique arrangement of embroidery motifs, our trade dress, logos, and high-fidelity product photography—is protected under international copyright, trademark, and industrial design laws. The unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs for commercial gain is strictly prohibited. Any “copy-cat” manufacturing that utilizes our proprietary patterns will be met with rigorous legal enforcement.
3. Product Representation and Chromatic Accuracy We employ professional-grade lighting and high-resolution sensors to capture the likeness of our garments. However, the Patron must acknowledge that the digital rendering of color is dependent on the “Color Space” and “Gamut” of the viewing device’s screen (e.g., OLED vs. LCD). Consequently, minor chromatic variances between the digital image and the physical garment are an inherent part of online retail and do not constitute a product defect. Furthermore, as many of our fabrics are hand-dyed in small vats, slight “Lot Variations” in shade may occur between different production runs.

4. User Accountability and Account Integrity Patrons are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any transaction initiated under a Patron’s account is deemed to be authorized by said Patron.
