  1. The Seven-Day Window: Patrons have a period of 168 hours (7 days) from the recorded time of delivery to initiate a return request.
  2. The “Pristine Condition” Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in “as-delivered” condition. This means the item must not have been worn (except for initial sizing), washed, dry-cleaned, or exposed to perfumes, deodorants, or tobacco smoke.
  3. Security Tags: All Royal Boutique garments are fitted with a “Single-Use” security tag. If this tag is removed, tampered with, or re-attached, the return will be automatically invalidated.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: For reasons of public health and hygiene, intimate apparel, earrings, and custom-tailored “Bespoke” outfits are strictly non-returnable.

B. Refund Policy

The liquidation of a transaction and the subsequent reversal of funds is managed through our treasury department with meticulous oversight.

  1. Inspection Protocol: Upon receipt of a returned item at our central warehouse, our Quality Assurance team conducts a forensic inspection. This includes checking for microscopic fabric pulls, scent detection, and tag integrity.
  2. Approval Notification: Once the inspection is cleared, a “Certificate of Refund Approval” is issued to the Patron via email.
  3. Restoration of Funds: For card payments, the refund is initiated through our merchant bank; however, the actual reflection of funds on your statement is subject to your bank’s “Interbank Clearing Cycle,” which typically spans 10 to 14 business days.
  4. Store Credit Option: Patrons may opt for “Royal Credits,” which are issued instantly upon return approval and carry a lifetime validity, bypassing the bank clearing wait times.

C. Operational Hours

Our corporate headquarters, customer concierge, and logistics fulfillment center operate on a synchronized schedule to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Standard Business Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Work Week: Monday through Saturday.
  • Holiday Observations: Our physical facilities are closed on Sundays and National Holidays. While the digital boutique remains open for order placement 24 hours a day, the “Processing Clock” begins at 09:00 AM on the first subsequent business day.
  • In-Store Consultations: For patrons seeking bespoke services, appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance within our 09-05 operational window.

D. Shipping Policy

The transit of Royal Boutique goods is a multi-modal logistical operation designed for speed and safety.

  1. Processing Lead Time: Every order undergoes a “Quality Finishing” stage where it is steamed, lint-rolled, and hand-packaged. This takes 24-48 hours within our operational hours (09:00 – 05:00).
  2. Packaging Standards: Garments are placed in moisture-wicking tissue, encased in a branded dust bag, and finally sealed in a tamper-evident, weather-resistant outer shipping carton.
  3. Shipping Tiers: * Domestic Express: 2-3 business days for metropolitan hubs.
    • Domestic Standard: 4-6 business days for rural districts.
    • International Priority: 7-10 business days (subject to customs).

Loss and Damage: All “Royal Boutique” shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of transit loss, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and dispatch a replacement garment at no additional cost to the Patron, pending the completion of the courier’s investigation.
